Nogg - Barcelona

We've been to Nogg for lunch and it was just a great coincidence to find a nice restaurant by chance. We ordered fish, which was amazing and the staff is very friendly. Definitely recommended!

Today I witnessed how the lady working behind the counter accused a group of customers for having ordered a bottle of sparkling water, even though they had already mentioned that they hadn't order this item. She was plain rude, she would not listen to what they had to say and never, not once apologised to them. A waitress eventually showed up to rectify her mistake, as she had been the one adding the bottle to the incorrect bill, but the lady behind the counter continued giving attitude. We just could not believe the behaviour of this woman!!! We paid our bill and left. It is really frustrating as a paying customer to be treated badly by someone at a restaurant. You are supposed to be friendly and thankful for your customers' support instead of being rude. Needless to say we will NOT be going back to that restaurant and those customers certainly will not either. RAISE YOUR GAME AND SEND THAT LADY BACK TO TRAINING.

Lovely place with nice drinks, atmosphere and friendly staff. Good luck finding the toilets if you've had a few ;

Muy buen ambiente, muy atento y rápido servicio. y la comida. ¡Me tiene mucho! la nueva carta que alucinaba el cambio y super bien! Me iría cada semana. muy acogedor.

Buena comida y mejor compañía. gracias a todo el equipo por ser tan buenos rodillos: metre cris, dj carlota, gran hermana, barman y countryman carlos, rrpp anna, sin olvidar a tu amigo especia que nos dio la recomendación. ¡Los 3 mosqueteros repetirán!
