Satan´s Coffee Corner - Barcelona

We order 2 coffees and a sweet. That was fine but my coffee just warm when received, cold when I finished. I was expensive also. When leaving and trying to pay there was a queue, so I took my place. The staff member moved the payment terminal to a different position on the counter, others jump in from the queue, I moved over thinking my position would be noted as I was next, nope I was ignored, until last and even then wasn’t acknowledged even thought my payment card was noticeably. I would have walked out without paying, I was so annoyed, then my husband came looking for me, they served him before me, so he paid. Won’t return

Decided while I was queuing to stay in to drink my coffee instead out takeout. I sat at the stool by the till and then watched 5 people get served takeaway over the next 3 -5 minutes. I rejoined the queue and changed my order to a takeout. Coffee was disappointingly lukewarm .....and no sugar was visibly available, so I had to ask. Also, nowhere to put my sugar wrapper and stirrer, so ended up walking through the cafe to the toilet to find a suitable repository. Maybe they had a bad day ....but if not, they should sharpen up and be mindful of the importance of attention to detail.

Not sure what this is. they dont seem to have anything to sell. Two croissants available. Lule warm coffee. avoid

There's some confusion with the names (Satan's Right Side), but the two have long been partners. I was always a Satan's fan, and they only ever sold/served Right Side coffee as far as I know. While the new incarnation is different than Satan's, as a coffee fanatic, I love it. Marcos, who I think is one of the owners, talked to me for at least 15 minutes, geeking out about coffee, and answering the 800 or so questions I had about batch brew vs. pour-over, vs auto pour machines. Satan's was more of a restaurant experience with good coffee... This place is love song to specialty coffee, with quite tasty pastries as a bonus. You can see their homage to Satan's in the brewing equipment section (pic attached) No wifi, but didn't get any pushback for having a laptop either. Bottom line is, you can expect A coffee, friendly service, and an excellent cinnamon roll.
