A&w - Bardstown

Ordered A2 with fries, cheese curds ,drink, and two pieces of fish. I did not get the fish. They won't answer the phone. I have had issues the last two times I've been there. oh and i got 13 packs of ketchup when i asked for tartar sauce for the fish i didn't get.

Advertise on line that they have frosted mugs for the draught root beer but they don't, supposed to have cheese curds but they don't! They also served cold burgers.

I stopped in there today to get myself a burger and a root beer float and the lobby is closed. I'm in a semi truck and I just delivered to Walmart so I can't drive through the drive-thru. We need to resolve the employee shortage.

This location does not meet the standard of service and quality as the brand. They are slow and often get the order wrong.

I wish I could give them a review.. restaurant is never open when I go... they like to close up early... like by an hour or more...at will so check before you go (2nd time this year)
