La locanda è fantastica. Si mangia davvero bene e il proprietario è molto gentile.

Ambiente pulito, personale cordiale, cibo fantastico e servizio veloce. I dolci sono fatti in casa e sono deliziosi. Voto più.

Trattoria eccellente. Cucina salutare, ottimo servizio e prezzo onesto.

I have been lucky enough to be invited to this restaurant on a number of occasions whilst in Piemonte. From the outside it is nothing special and the interior is very basic but the food, wine and service are excellent. Typical Piemontese dishes .......... 6 or 7 courses, ranging from your antipasta through to prima and seconda, followed by pudding fantastic. You will be very pleasantly surprised at the prices very very reasonable for quality of food. Although Barge is off the tourist track, the surrounding area is beautifu, with many small historic towns/villages and I would urge people to visit. Forget over priced restaurants, trattorias are the places to visit if you want to get the true taste of Piemonte. I would suggest that when visiting a trattoria for dinner, you do not eat very much during the day.
