Sugar Shack Desserts - Bargoed

Well. Don't order from Sugar Shack Desserts had a delivery of them on the weekend it is now Thursday and haven't had my missing items I have paid for it haven't had a refund and won't awnser the phone or nothing to me now they have put on the Uber eat app that I need to give them 15.33 when my order was 10 pound something and I paid for delivery in cash!!!!! The young woman said the night I ordered that they would come by tonight and no sine I have been ringing and leaving messages for days no response at all !!!!!

Very unprofessional!! Not sure if the girl was staff or just a kid left there with her friends hanging round by the entrance, ordered 4 waffles and that was fine, 10 minutes later she turns and says the WAFFLE PLACE IS OUT OF WAFFLE MIXTURE?, they said they wernt making crepes and only had ice cream or their shelf products! She didnt seem like she wanted to be there and was very quiet and was the only person in the shop??SHOCKING!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! Parking: No parking

Dont order from here. They send you what they want. My last order was completely wrong with items missing. Never got no refund or missing items. The items that arrived where not good either. Will never order there ever again!!! Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20

Never order again, placed an order waited 1 hour and still nothing rang them back to see how long it will be just for them to say they aren't making it and cancelled my order. They're excuse was they close soon and they have 3 more orders. If you have got orders in then you should still deliver them even after closing. I have worked in something like this before and still delivered food after closing. BEYOND THE JOKE
