Le Officine Clandestine - BARI

Sat outside for more then 10 min in a restaurant with only 2 people. A waitress came but ignored me. After a while another waiter came. He was friendly. He asked to sit at a high table/inside because the table was booked. In the restaurant there is no physical menu. The menu is varied. Place looks nice. Sadly the behaviour of the woman ruined the experience for me. When she came to bring me a cola she kept making faces to her colleagues. I didn t eat at the restaurant because being friendly is a basic for me.

I had lunch twice at “Officine clandestine “ with some colleagues and friends. The food is prepared with local and relatively simple ingredients, but in a nice and sophisticated way. It can be accompanied with local pretty nice craft beers. Troccoli with mussels I had today were just superb. Highly recommended.

Nice place with good pub food and reasonable prices. Good clientele, too. The location is not brilliant (it would benefit from an interior design) nor is the acoustics of the room (if the place is around full a conversation at your own table will be challenging). Five more stars for me! I'll be back at my next visit to Bari!

Excellent local bar. Large selection of beers served by good staff. Background music that does not raise music on a level that allows entertainment.

Wow! What a great find. I was just looking for a bar to sit in for a second and found such a warm place with great music and good beer. Fantastic
