While some other places in Bari seem to be taking advantage of the influx of tourists with sharply higher prices and lower quality, Mozart Caffe is the happy exception. The coffee, pastries and service are as wonderful as ever. This is a place with a positive, happy, local vibe but Massimo and his staff have smiles and a warm welcome for everyone. You can't go wrong here: coffee granita, homade gelato, espressino freddo (REAL whipped cream on top) and every version of coffee drink you can imagine. Highly recomended!!!!!

We stayed near the Caffé and enjoyed coffee twice. The gentlemen were very welcoming and provided great service. On the second visit, they remembered us and had started making our cappuccinos before we could order. Even with the language barrier, we were able to understand each other.

It seems to be 2 mozart caffeine, but this is the better. it's cheap. good coffee and great bakery. we have 2 American, 2 bucks, 1 gelato for 6,5 € all very beautiful. the Americans were quite strong, but slightly nutty and not mad at all. just a bit of warning for all those who are on the weak, water below America elsewhere.
