Sa Tracca Chiosco - BARI SARDO

Great setting next to the beach, friendly service, good and honest food, I had the fregola cozze e arselle, very tasty, very good broth, then the seabass, yes, I thought it's a shame they don't descale it but perhaps it's the way to do it in sardinia, the fish was very fresh, juicy and perfectly cooked.

The food is outstanding, as well as service and prices. However, the waiting time is tremendous, and the broken locker in a toilet makes a big issue for visitors. Some nights the restaurant also organises karaoke, what’s super interesting and fun. Location is great, sea view is quite nice.

We went as a party of 6 to this very nicely located restaurant right by the beach It was very busy but we were found a table We ordered food , some had the fish platter , mussels and two of us had the shared mixed grill which was the special offer of the night After an hour we had still not received the food so we asked the waiter , he said because we had the mixed grill it takes longer , after 20 more minutes the food started to arrive , we had fries with the mixed grill which came but there was no meat , seems somehow the mixed grills had been forgotten , so we had to wait another 20 minutes and after everyone else had almost finished their meals plus we had eaten the fries When the meat did come it was delicious and plenty of it and everyone said their fish and mussels were gorgeous There ass also a great singer for entertainment So this experience could have been great but with the poor delivery time and mess up with the food it was a real disappointment Whether this place is as busy as it was that evening I don't think the kitchen could cope with the orders as it's very small and the staff did seem to be running around like headless chickens at times But o must emphasise the food was to a great standard , shame about the rest

The Service is very, very friendly. The Food (test Curlugiones!/Homemade) is also amazingly good and the price value creation is great. You feel, that the restaurant has a heartbeat :o) Suggested is so make a reservation.

Food was eatable, but a no go is pasta with old bitter parmasan from fridge and typical sardinian frozen ravioli from shop. Absolutely not worth the money. Surroundings and access is also unmaintained.
