Feedback gevenNEVER going back. We ordered two turkey subs. We wanted no onions or vinegar and just mayo. It took the man on the phone three times to just understand that. When delivered, one of the subs was made completely wrong. So we cut into the sandwich and take a bite and out comes a big long blond or white hair from IN THE SANDWICH. we pack up the subs and go back. Guy behind the counter tells us it 's not our hair because no one has that color hair and refused our refund. Now mind you, the hair was IN the sandwich and only could get in there by someone who made it. He also claimed because we ate it (ate one bite) that he wouldnt give our money back. After some arguing back and forth he threw the money backat us and told us never to come back. VERY POOR customer service, bad food.
This place, and their bagel store, needs better management ASAP! We?ve given them so many tries and always have an issue with our orders and yesterday was the last time we?ll order from them. Most recent issue- we ordered three hot subs for pickup. We waited the 45min to pickup our order. My husband went in to pickup our order and the three young kids couldn?t find the ticket. After searching for it they found it in the garbage and proceeded to enter it into the registerto have my husband pay but our food order was never entered into the system and they said we?d have to wait another 45min. My husband told them to forget the order. My husband went back in to speak with the owner and was told there wasn?teven bread to make the sandwiches. The husband and wife owners were both there and the wife said ?sorry, I?m not sure what you want me to do.? Not a peep from the husband. At the same time, another person was coming back because they leftone of the dinners out of his order. We?re locals, we ordered from here often but NEVER again!! Save yourselves the hassle and order from Marchionis.
Very disappointed with recent order of eggplant parmigiana dinner and side orders of meatballs and sausage. Literally live 2 minutes from this restaurant and when arrived home, the entire order was cold, the eggplant had tons of seeds and they forgot to include the soup/salad that comes with every dinner. Have ordered this dinner in the past with no issues, so obviously something has gone awry recently with this establishment. Don?t know if it?s the cook or staff, but willnot be going back anytime soon unless I hear that there is some improvement! Owner asked that I give them a second chance, so 2 weeks later I called to place another pick-up order and was told by the person answering the phone that theywere busy and I would be placed on hold for 10 minutes before they could take my order. This is unacceptable and not the way to do business. After waiting on hold for a very long time, I hung up and proceeded to place the order at anotherlocal restaurant who delivered prompt service and great food.
Tell me its a 35 minute wait for pick up. No problem . Get there wait for 15 minutes then told it will be another 15 minutes.
I ordered through slice and when I got it half of it was wrong, I honestly just notified Slice to get a refund for the difference. Within a minute I got a call from mama Rosa’s and they offered to not only make the missing item but have one of there staff drive it over. Great pizza, great service. Thank you!
