Wonderful food we tried the Beef Briyani which tasted very authentic the flavour just reminded me of being back home. Place look very clean and staff very friendly. Will definitely go back
I typically don't write reviews for restaurants I visit, but this place was exceptional. They offer fresh and delicious food that is truly mouth-watering. My go-to dishes there are the lamb curry, lentil pastry, kebab roll, and sugary Napolitan biscuits. The service is also top-notch - warm and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant and would happily dine there again.
As good as the traditional food I received in Mauritius from family.dhall poori was gourgous. Would highly recommend
For starters, we tried the Mauritian favorite, dhall poori, which is like a floury roti filled with chili, tomato paste, and beans. While I found it okay, my wife really enjoyed it. For my main course, I had a Hyderabadi-style lamb biryani, which was a generous portion, priced at £5 per plate, and absolutely fantastic. It was the best biryani I've had in London, with delicious flavors and tender meat. I would have preferred more meat in each bite, but overall it was very satisfying. My wife opted for the chicken noodle dish, which was freshly made on site and came in a very generous portion. We also ordered a chicken fried rice to take away and enjoyed it at home the next day. It was flavorful, spicy, and had a good amount of chicken and vegetables. We also bought some freshly made biscuits and coconut barfi, which were delicious. We wished we had bought more as they were very tasty. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this restaurant and would definitely return if we are in the area again. The food was fresh and delicious, the restaurant was clean, and the owners were extremely welcoming.
