Mcdonald's - Barnet

Unorganized and Illiterate staff .Even after putting our order clerarly they do mistakes. Not teh first time so many times they have done it. Sometimes chips are missing. sometimes after putting clearly no pickle, no cheese , no meat only cheese bun. They put it again. Fed up now. Decided now will go and get it directly.

By far this has got to be one of the better McDonald's branches i have seen in North London as i assume its been recently refurbished so it looks very pleasing to the eye. We went in quite late an a friday evening and you couldnsee the cleaning staff dont take no half measures as they were cleaning everywhere as we were still inside as were a few people they had blocked of one section and scrubbing away EVERYWHERE it looked immaculate so no words to the cleaning team they deserve every penny. However the reason for my 4 stars is behind the counter the management didnt seem to be on top of everything and seemed quite disorganised as our food took a very long time to be prepared and reciept paper hadnt been replaced in the self service machines therefore having a mix up with the order which wasnt a big issue it happens sometimes. And also the last frustrating issue i would like to share is we have a 8 month old daughter and we asked a member of staff about baby changing facilities however we was told it was locked and a manager on duty has the key in which we waited for only the manager to arrive and say they do not know the whereabouts of the key resulting in us having the leave with takeaway and nappy change in our car. Overall very nice place to visit but could be managed a tiny bit better

I have visited a number of McDonald’s restaurants in the past and l can honestly say that the service is great and therefore I say thumbs up

Gods atmosphere. Easy access from north circular road.the best stuff and management ever. Clean and tidy. Good attention. A place where....fast food means....fast Congratulations

The title says it all. After 30 minutes of waiting for food, with my collection number voided in the collection list, I asked a member of staff if my order was ready. They looked at me like I was an alien and proceded to patronise me and told me to wait. When I demanded my food immediately they told me to sit down and they would bring it to me. After another 5 minutes wait, the food arrived stone cold. I approached the counter and had to get in a queue as other customers were complaining about their food being cold also. There was NO apologies from the staff or manager to the customers who had waited such a long time for food. I will never be visiting a Macdonalds ever again because it just is no longer a treat, it's cardboard. Also, and with reference to the above review on cleaning litter outside, this is just simply NOT true. The drive in customers, upon exiting the retail park to the North Circular Road, simply throw their Macdonalds litter out onto the side of the road. I know this as I walk to the Friern Barnet Retail Park with the kids and see the Madonald's rubbish everywhere. Subliminal product placement through rubbish! TERRIBLE!
