Feedback gevenOrdered food on christmas eve, i understand they’re busy but waited 3 hours for food never arrived. apparently driver knocked at our door and cctv says otherwise. Worker very rude and when i rang up they said 20 minutes i rang 40 minutes after and he said we’re closed and he offered us a small pizza when we payed more than a small pizza! wouldn’t recommend discusting
Ordered yesterday. Phone battery dead, driver didn’t ring intercom or knock the door. Rang after my phone was charged, 50 mins after order. Manager said I had to go downstairs, but I’m disabled. Only order if you have a fully charged phone and can manage two flights of stairs. Lost £22.
I had high expectations for this restaurant given the price, but I was disappointed on two separate occasions. The food was cold both times, and on my most recent visit, there was no tomato puree on my pizza, which was also cold and undercooked in some areas. When I reached out to customer service, I was met with arrogance. They refused to give me a refund for the uncooked and cold food, but instead offered a voucher for less than the original meal cost that didn't even work. Overall, not worth doing business with this establishment.
The delivery was delayed, even though it was promised to be on time. It was especially inconvenient as we only had a half hour for lunch. The food was of the typical Domino's quality, so there are no complaints there other than the service.
When you order two pizzas, you receive free delivery. I had the meat feast pizza, which was loaded with meat and cheese. The other pizza was ham and sweetcorn with a cheese stuffed crust, and it was delicious and flavorful. The pizzas arrived warm and on time as promised.
