Normally a good place but today it was really poor.no scolopted fish cake.they had sausage but no batter sausage.they have not ran out of batter they just carnt be assed.poor service today will try somewhere else next time

Always tell a good takeaway if theirs a cue. The staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are fair. Will deffo be bk

This is the Daddy of fish n chips. Never had a bad meal from the place. All day special fish bites chips and side order is a absolute winner. My choice of side order is the mushy peas. They've got that proper old skool chippy taste. Best chippy around

Good consistent fish. Perfect as usual. Our lass' Kebab was poor. Hardly any donner meat and they're rationing the chilli and garlic sauce.

Been over 2 years since we used this chippy, won't be so long next time. This is still easily the best little chippy in the area. Busy enough that food is cooked fresh all the time and not left standing. Excellent size portions of good white fish and always plenty of chips. If you are not big eaters try a portion of fish bites (5 pieces) and a portion of chips. An all day special 3 pieces if fish and chips plus peas or curry sauce is plenty for anybody.
