My understanding is that they are NOT part of Cira even though they look the same and claim to be Cira La Morena 3, Cira La Morena 4 etc. Dont go there. Once you are the Cira La Morena 1, you will see it is a very strange place. They have several pools, blarring loud Mexican hip hop music and roughly 100 wooden tables under straw roofs. You can bring in your own snacks and beer, liquor etc. The menu is very small.. maybe 5-6 items. Shrimp, Fish, quesadillas. You pick your own fish (literally) and select a sauce. One of the best seafood meals I have had in a long time. There are numerous vendors who swirl around constantly to sell you tattoos, candy, braiding, bracelets etc. To a Westerner, it is a annoying, but it is also part of the culture here, so embrace it, The beach is beautiful but they warn you about riptides and undertow so we did not go in. You can rent horses and ATVs nearby. It is certainly a place you want to spend 3-4 hours in. This is not a dine and dash location
The speciality is the fish a la calla that it is the fish cooked in an brick oven, it is delicius, I usually don 't like to eat fish, but the way that it is prepared is different and really good, you can choose your fish to be cooked. The place is not fancy but it is nice, a little hot inside , the service is good, if you don 't like fish you can order, another kind of mexican food, there isn 't only sea food. There is two little pools( don 't wait fancy pools) The view on the end of the restaurant is amazing, the sea waves are huge , the beach is very clean.
Basically there is just one dish you should try here: Pescado a la talla , which is fresh fish with a kind of bbq topping. In my personal opinion its kind of expensive but very tasty. You can choose your especific fish with the owner of the restaurant (Cira) and she will confirm you the price. Obviously you can combine this delicious dish with a wide variety of drinks and the beach just some meters ahead of your table.

Who would have thought a place hidden behind a few homes on a dirt road would provide one of the best meals I have ever experienced. We not only got to choose our fish, we delighted in a meal that was like no other. Toasted...garlic chips and shrimp that was so tasty and the garlic crunchy. The fish sliced into thirds with each having a different sauce. Thanks to our driver who showed us some wonderful local cuisine.
