On the walls old pictures in black and white of Civitavecchia (the port of Rome), the city of origin of Guido. The greeting with Mozzarelin and Brüschette made me feel for a while in Italy! Spaghetti with octopus and cheese with sun-dried tomatoes....absolutely recommended!
Although the service was good, the food in this restaurant is roughly too expensive for quality. I ordered the Pesto Pasta and it had no special taste. There were only alcoholic drinks and soda available, no juices! An appetizer of bread slices with different beats is provided, but it does not taste fresh. I went with 3 other people and no one was particularly impressed by their records (everybody got something else) and everything was true that it was overpriced. The ambience could have been much better. It looks like it's beautiful and romantic from the outside, but the interior is cramped with bright lights. Candles would have been nice on the tables and dimmer lighting. There was also a pulsating sound every few minutes that we couldn't identify and no music. Overall a bad experience. I don't recommend it. If you are looking for Italian food, find it somewhere else.
