Made In Brazil Steakhouse - Barre

I went to this restaurant tonight with two friends. They have a completely new set-up with a new buffet offering innovative food at a great price. The owners are very friendly and I am pleased to see a new place open in Barre, Vermont. Thank you, Brand Fraser!

This is a fantastic Brazilian restaurant in Barre, Vermont that I stumbled upon unexpectedly. I believe it is the only one of its kind in the area, which is quite a rarity, but they do a wonderful job representing Brazilian cuisine. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, answering any questions we had and sharing about their experience starting the restaurant. It was exciting to hear about their plans for the future, including live music, BBQ, buffet, and a bar. The food is amazing, clearly inspired by the chef's hometown of Minas Gerais. I highly recommend trying the rare-cooked picanha and don't miss out on the tropeiro dish as it is not often available elsewhere. I look forward to visiting again soon.

Normally closed on Mondays, but they were open for Valentine's Day. The special menu was simple, but tasty. The vinaigrette salad wasn't much more than lettuce and chopped tomato, but the Picanha (a steak perculiar that Brazil) was well prepared and delicious. The service was friendly and very pleasant. Looking forward to they ng their normal menu next.

This place was amazing. At first, I was thrown off by the small menu but left realizing the smaller the better. This means you have the dishes perfected. We were a party of four and we each ordered something different. Everyone loved their meals. Flavorful. Generous portions. Desserts hit the spot. We will definitely be coming back!
