It's sad, rude employees with bad faces, they don't know if there are certain types of food, I've been charged different prices. I'm glad it's closed, it really should close.

Disappointing! I visited Café XYZ with good expectations, but the experience was far below expectations. Service was incredibly slow, despite the space being almost empty. The employees seemed inattentive and unhelpful, making it necessary to call them several times to ask for something as simple as a glass of water. The food also left a lot to be desired. I ordered a cappuccino that arrived almost cold, with poorly made foam and a strange taste, as if the milk had burned. The pastel de nata, which should have been fresh and crispy, was dry and appeared to have been made the day before. Prices are completely inappropriate for the quality of service and products. A steal, honestly. To make matters worse, the space was poorly maintained. The tables were poorly cleaned, there were crumbs on the floor and even a fly hanging around the dessert counter. It was an experience that I don't intend to repeat and that I certainly wouldn't recommend to anyone. A total disappointment!
