After a few cold in the sun on the terrace, I knew we didn't go any further, so... we checked into the hotel and booked for dinner. This was outside the season, May, and the place was almost empty. The hotel is not special what small French hotels were 50 years ago when we first visited. The rooms could do with an update, but were perfectly sufficient, comfortable and clean. The very pleasant surprise came with dinner. Nice food, very well prepared, inexpensive and excellent service. Sometimes you're really lucky and that was one of those times. Very recommended.
