A friend recommended this place and I am so glad that she did. It is an unbelievable restaurant, easily overlooked and yet is one of the best kept secrets of Barrie. We were twice and both times it was completely empty, not something I was warm when I was looking for food, but both times we were rewarded to give this dear mother and daughter team an attempt. We had the lentil soup, nourishing, full of goodness. We then had the vegetable plate, hummus, tahneeh, salad and then best falafels ever. They won't regret it, give it a try.
We don't frequent this restaurant often, but each time we do it never disappoints! The food is delicious and the service is excellent, provided by a friendly local family. One standout aspect is that the staff remember regular customers, which shows the personal touch of a small business. Supporting this local family-owned business is definitely worth it - give it a try!
I have been dining at Arabesque in Barrie for many years and they have consistently served delicious food at reasonable prices. Whether you are a vegetarian or a meat eater, this restaurant is a great option for both adults and kids. I have tasted nearly every item on the menu and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend Arabesque for a great dining experience! They also offer takeout options.
This place has been great for take-out during the pandemic. It’s all fresh and local ingredients. The garlic potatoes are my favourite!
