I went in at just after 9:30 in the morning. We waited at the counter to be served for 5 minutes and didn't see a single person. We were talking loud enough that someone should have heard us. Very disappointed, will not go to this location again.

Every single time I come here I have to pull ahead out of the drive thru and wait 20 minutes for my food. What is even the point of a drive thru at that point? Also they always mess up my order. Not the best location I would say.

Waited 30+ minutes for my food and had to wait even longer to get my drinks and the person next to me left without there food because they were taking so long and the restaurant wasn’t busy at

Very poor customer service.I don't mind waiting but there was no communication at all between the cashier/server and the customers.People waiting for 15+ minutes just to get an order in when there was very few people in the store.People need to be trained better for the cash or you need to have atleast 2 People managing the front of the store.This has been the case for my last 3 visits.
