Burger King - Barrie

Don't go there. Poor quality food. Tasteless. Chicken sandwich was not chicken but ground chicken patty Plus barely any lettuce and not much else. Gross. Burgers flat and tasteless. I can make a better burger at home. Drinks had more soda than iced tea. Buns flat. Fries dry and cold. Don't usually do fast food but this totally turned me right off. Won't be going back. Go elsewhere if you want better tasting food.

This Burger King stands out from others I've visited. They consistently get our order right, and they usually have most items available, even late at night. Luckily, we haven't experienced any food poisoning here, unlike the location in Bradford. One time, my wife accidentally left her handbag behind, and the staff held it in the manager's office until she could return to claim it. We now affectionately refer to it as "The Burger King Where You Can Leave Your Purse."

My husband loves Burger King, we always stop when we drive this area. Food is good, but on this special day was the lady who made our order a little rude in her speech. Customer service is important!

The food was fine, but when we ordered by the drive through them, they have some problems to understand what we wanted. These were 2 whores without pimples and a chicken sandwich with extra Mayo and another one that had no onions or tomatoes it was nothing special or hard. We also order a poutine that had hardly anything in the container it was not worth the money. It was very disappointing. The staff was nice, it was simply not on standards in the portion sizes.

There were about 10 people working and it was very unorganized. The staff was everywhere. Management should have had 2 people on window 2 on cash and the rest of the dinner. The tables were dirty and unusable people waiting for their dinners and waiting in the line. It wasn't busy for a Saturday afternoon at all. None of the staff was friendly and welcoming. If my husband was hungry, we would have gone like others. This Burger King is usually quick and friendly very disappointed today. There were more than enough staff to keep tables and drinking station clean. As for the food it was in place.
