In Play Inc Indoor Playground - Barrie

Great place for PA-Tag. our grandchildren had a personal activity day (PA-day) and they were from school. our daughter took them to this place and invited us to us, and they already went there when our granddaughter had a birthday party for one of their classmates, and they liked it very much. it was Friday when we were there, and it was a rainy day, and there were not many patrons at all. this place offers a pretty selection of games where children play and collect tickets, and also rides. they only buy tokens and feed the machines with either one, or two, or three tokens. the children had a lot of fun. on the bottom were some of the machines out of order and could not be played what was disappointing. the climbing structure, sliding, ballpool, were also very funny and challenging. they also have a special area for peasants and small children. the snackbar is so. not so many choices of food. they only offer the basic objects, such as pizza, hot dogs, burgers, chicken fingers or nuggets and fries, and that's all. free wlan was provided and surprisingly it was very fast. on this place the children enjoyed almost all day.

Food leaves something to be desired. Plus it did take a bit to get. However, value to money for something for your kids to enjoy makes it hard to beat.

It's a good facility with a lot of activities and games for the kids. I'll definitely return, however they should change their policy on outside food and drinks. I should be able to bring a Tim Hortons coffee in with me and I should be allowed to bring a snack or bottle of water for my children. There are other play places in the area that allow this, so they will always be my first choice.

Was a nice space, good for kids to run about, but with the tokens being pricey, compared with the quality of the prizes all game machines should be 1 token. Especially when party packages issue only 10, kids run out of 10 tokens in 5 mins when the machine needs 4..parents are paying for more to entertain the time.... for a toy that has .50 value...all in all the girl Leah was great assistant and the front desk assisted with our booking mishap...

To be fair, it has been a couple years since I brought my children here but we went once and never returned. The service was decent however the equipment was sticky and smelled really bad (like it had been wiped down with dirty water). I absolutely HATED that kids could run around on the equipment with food/candy (likely the reason for the stickiness) and I would have really liked to have seen some healthier options available at the food stand, especially considering the No outside food rule. I am hesitant but willing to try this place again. Hoping things have improved with a new manager and some updates.
