Journey Cafe - Barrie

As a person who doesn't love crepes this place surprised me there crepes were delicious and large servings I was full about half way through and there coffee is amazing I would go just for the coffee alone. If you want a great way to start your day make time for this place because it is great the only thing I would want more of them is selection, though they do have a good selection a few more fillings would be good for the more picky eaters. For those who love crepes you must try this place you will love it

I brought my boyfriend, he loved it. Brought my mom, she loved it. Recommended it to my roommate, she loved it!!! The gluten free crêpes are better than regular crêpes I have eaten anywhere else! (And thank you for bringing back the real plates! Pro tip: tomato, basil and brie crêpe is the best crêpe.

I absolutely love it here. I've recently visited the place twice in just a few days because of the amazing service and friendly staff. The food is out of this world and I'm looking forward to trying everything on their menu. Their cappuccinos are great too!

Great atmosphere including a patio. Wonderful wonderful crepes with very fresh ingredients that fill the inside. They do not skimp on anything and the crepes are Huge! Very reasonable prices. I loved their savory crepe and I will certainly be back to try the sweet.

We absolutely loved the savory crepes, which were generously sized for a full meal. The crepes are thin and delightful, just like those you'd find in Paris. We're definitely planning to return for the dessert options, possibly the Nutella and banana crepe, after the show. It's refreshing to have something different from pizza for a meal before or after a movie at the Cineplex—just follow the signs from their parking lot. (The entrance to Journey's Cafe is visible from Hwy 400.) You won't regret it! Barrie finally has a creperie, so there's no need to travel to Quebec for the real thing.
