Feedback gevenIf you want to order your food on time, avoid this place at all costs. I went to this place several times and complained several times, they don't worry and just mad when you have something to say. If you enjoy going through a simple burger, you will be thoroughly disappointed when they tell you AFTER YOU PAID that you have to take up and wait for a SINGLE BURGER!!! then after waiting for ten minutes for you food that arrives cold, while next to 6 or 7 other cars are waiting to discover that you are either cold not the right order or forget about all together not complain THE MAN’S.
Since the Kovid 19 started and drives it is only open, I drove through the Tim Hortons every day without a problem because I don't drive, so Tim Hortons don't discriminate and don't drive day bc u You're not allowed to give us business. But obviously McDonalds discriminates people who don't drive I run by driving them to order my breakfast and the lady in the window says I can't serve you when u in a car or a truck driver? Oh so, if I don't drive, I can't eat and it obviously has nothing to do with safety bc a truck driver can go through and buy something, but bc I don't have a car or truck and I'm walking I'm not allowed to buy anything except a truk driver walking through the same drive thru in the same way is no problem. I'm disgusting with McDonald's and can't believe how I was treated, they talked to me as if I was a criminal bc I'm trying to get a breakfast. I can't believe the disgusting treatment I received. And the discrimination they have against people who do not drive or are not a truck driver. Bc I have no car and did not become a truck driver I did not welcome, McDonalds They are disgusting will never come back here apparently I do not welcome and if they reopen I will not continue to come here and tell everyone I know about the evil experience
I always try this place, but it's horrible every time. We were asked to park for ice orders? Why? Then we had to go in because they forgot our order? 15 minutes later. I always have to ask if they put sweet, sour sauce in the bag and check. They'll say yes....but it's not really in the pocket as they say it is. Ridiculus I have read all the other reviews that have the same complaints. Management must start working on the service, otherwise the costumers will make it a point to avoid this restaurant that I have done from many occasions because of previous experiences in this place. Yes, mistakes happen....but not often. Our food will be cold now because we had to go through the drive.
I have been several times at this point and aproximately 75 percent of the time when you will go the ride through you will wait for your food on a parking lot. And don't drive away with reviewing your order because it's... almost always cold or wrong his order or something missing. I complained to the manager several times, and it's just insane. DIESES LAGE is the WORST I've ever experienced. Once they have your money, they are all happy to stack you in a corner to wait for your so-called drive through “fast food”
Stopped in for what was hoping would be a quick breakfast. Walked up to the desk and stood there for a good 5 mins while the employees stood and chattes was then served by a miserable young lady with terrible customer service skills and...lots of attitude. 15 mins later my bagel, muffin and apple juice was served. I was one of three customers. We all watched shaking our heads as the employees slowly walked around talking instead of getting the orders together. Pathetic.
