Subway - Barrie

We are regular customers for this particular subway. Everytime we order same sub with grilled at the end. New hired guy denied to grill anymore??‍. Additionally, I haven't seen atmosphere like we had last time. We hope some action will be taken!

Came in 15 mins before closing and got lied to and told it was

Ordered footlong sub and got 4 pieces of spinach when you ask for extra LOL. Not worth spending money at this location.

Too good service and customer dealing of morning shift guy and he made a wrap which is to good

Stood there for 15 minutes well he packed Uber orders and then when two gentleman came in behind me and waited for him to finished they jumped up and he took their order, I understand waiting for a skip or Uber order but then to serve someone else after you have had someone waiting is ridiculous, I had to rush out in order to catch my bus. The worker did not even look in my direction more than once. I did not get any food food I was not spoken too or greeted in any way absolutely ridiculous for 9:15pm and an empty restaurant! He was also the only employee there and he looked completely lost! He looked at a receipt for about 2 minutes each time and was working at the pace of a sloth, I work at a restaurant and I’ve been the only person around and still can manage a slight greeting. This place was great up until about 6-7 months ago and the reviews prove it! I’ve gone here for the last 6 years and in my whole time coming here it has never been so atrocious!
