Went from the best Tim’s in Barrie to the worst overnight. Not sure if management changed or what Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Just had my first bad experience at this Tim Hortons near my house in the 20 years I’ve been going here. Came through drive thru to get a double espresso, the lady on the speaker repeatedly saying “what” to me, even though I was speaking loud and clear. And have NEVER NOT ONCE had an issue not being heard in this drive thru. Get to the window, pull out my debit to use as tap as I usually do. It wouldn’t tap because the 20 extra layers of saran wrap on the debit machine. I use my tap every day and just used it 10 minutes before. I said to CLARICE the woman who was at the window and took my order through the speaker, that it was not working due to the Saran. She just kept saying no I’m pretty it’s not the issue. But kept shoving the machine in my Face instead of unwrapping some of the Saran so it could work or I could use my tap. She wouldn’t do anything to fix the problem so I found some change in my car. She was rude and dismissive the whole time. TERRIBLE service, this woman should not be handling any of the customer service.

This location has Rude staff who are not helpful at all.being told that I can go somewhere else is not what we want to hear.we ask for couple of Dounut and none of them were are available it the middle of the day? We ask what they did have and was given a list WTH The Focus is on Drive thru only it seems The owner needs to get the staff in line Service: Take out
