Asda - Barrow-in-Furness

Felt about as welcome at Asda Cafe as a bull in a china shop! No customer service, no welcome, no smile. People in queue behind me asked for breakfast but were flatly told breakfast is no longer being served . Then met with stare and finger tapping! I politely informed the customers of the all day brunch option which was as close to a breakfast you can get. All 5 of them opted for this. Comes to something when customers give more customer service than the miserable staff. I shall never return; far better, friendlier places to eat.

After ringing repeatedly using various menu options I've yet to speak to someone, Absolutely abysmal service. Strike that non existing customer service.

Called in for a lunch, a pretty long Q which and a long wait. Tables were uncleared and no forks had to waite ages. the quality of the food was horrible, dried up, looked as though it had been lieing about for ages. Staff very pleasant.

With my car at a local garage I thought I'd chilli at the café for a bit. I must have came after a bad rush, or staff are just lazy. Hopefully the former. Most tables had some sort of rubbish on them. Anyway coffee was ok, drinkable and the server was friendly. That's the least I can want.

My pal and I called in about 1145 for a brew and lite bite, the place was awful, dirty uncleared tables, dirty trays and the crockery was a bit iffy. All we wanted was a bun no but sausage or bacon, 15 min wait. Service was so slow and the quaility of our food we had was poor to. Coffee out of the machine was only warm and when my pal asked if we could have a warm one the staff member stated it wouldn't make any difference as it was always like that. A bad experience to be honest. Poor value under the circumstances.
