Dominoes - Barrow-in-Furness

Awful experience at Dominos. Despite ordering just 20 minutes prior, we were told one of our pizzas had been removed from delivery and a new one would be ready in 6 minutes. However, 30 minutes passed with no sign of the replacement pizza, leaving the rest of our order sitting in a warming unit for over 30 minutes. When I requested a refund due to the excessive wait time and the fact that the rest of our order had been ready for so long, the manager was extremely rude and refused to provide a full refund, claiming some of the food was ready. This is not the first time we've had issues with Dominos and we will not be ordering from them again.

On a typical Saturday night, we were craving some fast food indulgence. We decided to order a margherita pizza and garlic bread. The delivery was very quick and the food arrived fresh and hot. It was so piping hot that we had to wait a bit before digging in. The food was delicious and satisfied our craving.

While staying at the nearby hotel, we picked up our buy one get one free pizzas. We enjoyed the thin and crispy crust. The pizzas were excellent.

After a 5 hour trip to the Barrow in Furness Travel Lodge, it's so convenient to have Dominoes opposite. Lots of staff, very friendly, short wait for perfect hot pizza and good value although the garlic bread with the special offer along with potato wedges was more like a mini cheese pizza with a hint of garlic but still, it was all very delicious. Plenty of parking and little wait. Open all day.

Always use the delivery service but we always get the pizza in a short time and they are always very tasty
