Grandmas Kitchen - Barrow-in-Furness

I cannot comment on the food as I did not receive any. I placed an order for lunch at 11:45 am and waited until 1:15 pm. The chef claimed they were unable to keep up with the orders. I decided to request a refund and left the restaurant.

The staff at this restaurant are charming and the food is scrumptious. The daily specials are always a great deal and the café is impeccably clean.

This is a great hidden gem that offers mainly delicious fast food at affordable prices. However, I am not sure if it is still open as it has been a year since my last visit. It was closed the last time I attempted to go.

My Grandma is not skilled in the kitchen. If you're in Barrow, I would recommend avoiding her house as the roast dinner I had there was the worst I've ever experienced.

We visit the town and last time we had a delightful meal here. There was alot of slimming world options so many people met for lunch. How saddened we were today we popped by for a meal and its closed down! WHY????
