Feedback gevenI had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ended up having to return the sandwiches and request a refund because they were poorly made. The manager initially refused to issue a refund and tried to justify the poor quality, but when he saw that I wasn't going to leave without my money back, he eventually agreed. He was neither gracious nor honest about the disappointing quality of such an expensive sandwich.
The manager at the front register was incredibly helpful and friendly! The food was prepared exactly as I requested and was served hot. The restrooms were also very clean. I will definitely stop here again.
We visited the drive-thru around noon and were impressed by the speedy service and minimal wait time. Our food arrived hot and fresh, and it was absolutely delicious. I ordered the three-piece chicken tenders, while my husband opted for the grilled chicken sandwich. However, it was a bit on the expensive side with the total coming to over $12 for just the two items.
This was the worst experience ever at a Carl's Jr. and I wasted nearly $60 buying lunch for 4 disappointed people. Cold fries, old smashed burger with hand and finger prints. The food was obviously made at all different times, and the milkshake was nevermade until we were leaving and had to ask twice. And I was sick the next day with a virus I blame on getting from the teen-agedstaff working there.
I was for 10 minutes on drive true and one car was on the front of me and after other 3 minutes I get aut of my car and went to the window this 3 black female and one wite female see ???? me at the window for 2 minutes thy told me is close That wassomething thy should not do to a costumer because I was behind the other car. I was very disappointed. Manager of this placedo something that doesn't happen to someone else. Thi happen September 5 2033
