Little Caesars - Barstow

We were here at 19:30 to pick up an order I made online, but it wasn't ready. I ran into the circle k and back, and the store was about to close and I noticed that my order was not yet in the portal. I asked the lady at the counter, and she said they had not done the order, and that the ovens had already been switched off for the night, and they would take long to heat up to turn them back at this point. She offered me the last two made pizzas in the store for free for the inconveniences and said I could come the next day to also make my order new as I have already paid online. I live in Newberry sources, so the ride is somehow uncomfortable and rare. Needless to say, I paid for 4 pizzas and got two, and just like I went with the pizzas, another girl came looking for her order and it was the pizza that the woman had just given me. Not the greatest experience. EDIT This place has replaced my pizzas for me. They also threw in some brownies for the inconvenience. It took almost 3 weeks to make it back to this place, but when I told the manager what happened, she took care of it. Kudos!

Absolutely horrible!! 1) They don't answer the phone to place an order as advertised. 2) the workers were rude and hostile 3) she had the nerve to order everyone to ware a mask and they touched my food with no gloves. 4) I had to wait over 45 minutes to receive my order. 5) the employee was talking so low I could barely hear her. 6) the food quality was bad.... Absolutely the worst experience. I will not be returning. They should fire those workers or shut the place down...

This place was poppin 8 years ago. To whoever owns the shop right now. Sir. Its time you clean your house. These are the exact order of breadstick I purchased. Look at the look!?

Fast service, pizza was good. We'd go back if we were back in the area. In a sketchy neighborhood.
