The worse customer service make sure you have a map in color pencil when giving an order since they cant understand simple math and their own menu. Ask them to make it right and they simply say no.

The only reason I put 4 instead of 5 on service is simply because the wait staff never smiles, BUT THEY ARE GREAT REGARDLESS!

Good mex joint got the California Burrito can recommend.

My family loves this restaurant. It is one of the top 3 Mexican restaurants in Bartlesville. The food is great, but the atmosphere could use a bit of a freshen-up.

Unfortunately didn’t even got to try the food the server that was taking my orde me , He shouldn’t be there if he’s not willing to provide good customer service , having a bad day and does not know what they’re selling , I’m literally looking at the menu said fried chimichanga 4.and change and grill chimichanga 7 and change and he’s arguing that is different price and the burrito on special podium says 9 and change said what it comes inside with cheeses sour cream guacamole lettuce etc.. and he’s arguing again that doesn’t come with cheese, Are you kidding me !! I wish I outside take picture and the name of this guy but was so mad that I don’t even thing about till now .. horrible horrible service I wish I could give service 0 zeros but I can’t . Hope someone sees this ..
