Feedback gevenJust wanted to share my experience at Sonic. I ordered a drink and completely forgot to settle my bill. I pressed the button immediately to let them know, and the staff member was so understanding. He told me it was fine and that I could pay for it next time. I was genuinely impressed and really appreciated their kindness. This was at the location in west Bartlesville. Thank you, Sonic!

I've attempted to dine at this Sonic a few times recently, but many of their stalls have been closed. During my last visit, more than half of the stalls were locked, and the ones that were open weren’t functioning properly, just like my previous experience. After driving around and trying out two of the stalls, I finally moved to another one. I rated them 4 stars because I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. When I can place an order, it’s fine. I just feel like the location is older and they might be short-staffed, especially when it's busy.
Long queue but the ice cream was worth it. Staff were lovely and came round offering menus and iced water while you waited. Great quality and great choice of flavours.
My carhop code was so polite and worthy of his tip. So much that I called him back to add it. Don't know the boy or who raised him, but fantastic work!
