Feedback gevenDo not eat here. I placed an online pick up order but still waited 40 minutes after arriving and didn't receive my food. I finally asked for a refund. P S their soda machine is growing mold spores. I can only imagine how nasty the inside and lines are. This is unsanitary and could make customers sick and it is in the reach of children. There were at least 6 staff so they were not short staffed. The visible kitchen equipment is dirty as well. Gross
My Quesadilla was cold, undercooked and flavorless, the shreaded cheese just spilled out on my lap and was barley melted, there was also no jalapeño sauce which is one of my favorite parts. I could make a better one at home in the microwave.
Today7/17/24 around 12:30pm(lunch) I had the great experience at Taco Bell. I haven't went to this location since moving back to town in 2020. I've heard so many bad stories I wouldn't give em a try. Today my friend and I did. And we are glad we did. The manager James checked on us while we did the kiosk to order food. (I will say that's not friendly for elderly people my friend is 95 years young) but I know that's a corporate thing not anything anyone st the store can do. Debbie was outstanding! Friendly, keeping the place clean, sauces stocked, delivering food to tables, all around awesome and doing this all at 75 years young! Darrel was pumping out the food fast and correctly he even made sure to check mine before making it because I order weird LOL. Today the staff was Rockstars!!! I will definitely be back!!
When I say this is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to I wish I was exaggerating. I leave this town to go find a better Taco Bell. The food is almost completely inedible and you can pretty much count on your order being wrong every single time. I mean literally 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong. And the food is just not good. It’s always messy and the size of their burritos is pathetic.. The prices have gotten steep too and the portions just keep getting smaller. The staff is fine but never overly friendly. 0/10 recommend. Go to Taco Mayo down the road instead.
If I could give zero starts I would. We ordered breakfast here last weekend 7/7/24 and the food we received was old and nasty but I assumed it was because of being close to time for breakfast to end. Well we decided to give it another chance this weekend 7/13/24 but put in our order earlier. I placed the order on the app and my husband went to pick it up. Guy told him to pull through like normal and upon getting to the window was told that they were “already out of breakfast food” when my husband said he didn’t want anything else besides breakfast the guy said “ok” and closed the window in his face. As if getting our food wasn’t bad enough the employee was rude. I assumed since we didn’t receive ANY food our order would be cancelled but they charged us anyway. Not getting a response in email so I’m sure I will have to make time to go in and demand our money back. This place has been going down hill for some time but I’ve always loved Taco Bell so I tried to be patient. This is unacceptable. Bad food AND charging me for food we never even received is awful.
