Feedback gevenDrive thru order that took over 30mins to complete. A full service sit-down restaurant would have been faster. I do not recommend.
I ordered the Diablo chicken meal. It definitely didn't look like the picture. It took 3 bites to get to the chicken. The tables in the restaurant were dirty. Although, the bright spot was that the workers were polite. It will be sometime before I go back.Food: 1/5
Usually the food here is great..... but this last time I went at 11:30am the meat was EXTREMELY DRY as if it was re-warmed in a microwave, and the curly fries were really chewy and dry. I hope this was a one time experience because I really like Arby's. The staff has always been great so they deserve a cudos. Giving the food 3 stars at this time. If I decide to go back and the food is on point, I'll change my review.
Double cheddar roast beef was salty, no ketcup in dispensers.Food: 3/5
It is unfortunate that I cannot leave a 0 star review. Go there, order French dip. Only to leave with no French dip and a sealed up bag. Let’s get your orders correct before you start sealing everything up like you actually got the order right next time. Then rush me out of the front desk like I’m taking up your time. I have to untie the disaster of a bag you sealed up and taped shut. Yeah, I wish there was a zero star option. You guys really earned it today.
