Five Guys - Bartlett

Always amazing service, and always great food every time I have went. I have never had any issues at this location.

I would like to bring attention to an issue at the Five Guys location in Bartlett. Workers here are treating courier drivers, such as those from UberEats, DoorDash, and Grubhub, with discriminatory practices. Specifically, they ask only certain drivers to confirm the delivery before handing over the order, while others are not subject to this requirement. Although this practice aims to prevent theft (stolen food), it should be applied consistently to all drivers. The management and associates at this location need further training and coaching to address this issue. Please take action to resolve this matter.

Burgers with no seasoning. Tried it for a second time, thought maybe I went on a bad day. Second time was not good either. I'm done

The place was clean, not overpopulated. It seems to me that the burgers have become really small compared to other places that have fresh patties. Fries are still good.

This particular location puts fresh fries in the cup but they put old fries in the bottom of the bag. This is the 2nd time that this has happened to me. They pick choose who they want to give fresh fries to. The first time my stomach was upset. The fries in the cup were hot but the fries in the bottom of the back were stale. I went a 2nd time the same thing happened again. I should’ve ask for my money back. I ate the fries in the cup tossed the ones in the bottom of the bag in the trash. I will not be revisiting this location again
