Feedback gevenWhen we ordered, the food was one price on the menu and when we paid, the price was higher on the receipt. When I brought it up to the manager and he said the prices are actually higher than the prices in the menu. When I asked for him to change the bill to match the price is in the menu, he rudely replied, “NOPE!”I will never go back. Plus the food at Mezcal is better anyways.
Came in for our weekly dinner…. For the last time. Quality has been going down. Evident by the help wanted sign. Food that I usually get.. tasted sour. Brought it up to Mgr and server…. Was told it’s supposed to be sour. I didn’t eat it for fear of food poisoning. Food is was left on my bill.. with a simple.. sorry sir. There are too many Mexican restaurants to worry about it. I’ll take my 100 a week somewhere else. Too loud.. poor food…. Bad svc.
This recent experience with Los Cabos was horrific, and it will officially be my last time ever stepping foot in their building. After being seated, we were greeted with an unfriendly waitress who was not nice or personable in any way. We ordered our food. I ordered a Lunch 2 special, which consists of a burrito and a order of rice and beans. My burrito looked absolutely disgusting. I ordered queso dip on top of my burrito. It was not melted at all. Instead, it was thick and looked like it had been sitting out for weeks. I asked the waitress if she could remake the burrito so that it would actually be edible. She took the plate to the back and came back shortly with the same exact thing on the plate. They did not attempt to remake it or anything. I told the waitress I did not like the food and that it did not look like something I wanted to pay for or eat, and I asked if it would be possible for me to get something else. She went to ask the manager and came back to tell me that I could not order anything else even though I was going to pay for it. The manager said if i wanted to be able to order something else i would have to pay for the food I didn’t eat as well as whatever else I order. They had horrible customer service and terrible attitudes. They seemed to be racist as well by the way they acted towards me. This is not a place you want to go to. The food is not even that good, and the staff is filled with people with sour faces and bad attitudes. If you don’t like the food you are going to pay for, you will not be able to order anything else, so you will have to go somewhere else or starve. These are not good people. There are much better options in Bartlett, TN to get good, authentic mexican food with great customer service. This is not the place unless you want to get disrespected. I immediately left there and went there and went to another mexican restaurant with great food and great service.
The receptionist (check in) attempted to seat us while the bus boy half wiped the table down. The bus boy left soiled napkins from the previous customers on the table. He came back with chips and dip and attempted to place the bowls on the table. I immediately stopped him and asked him not to place the chips on the table due to the dirty napkins. He took the dirty napkins off the table and place them on the tray with our chips and dip and proceeded to clean the table. After that he placed the same chips and dip with the dirty napkins back on our table! I’m done. Will never go back!
