O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Bartlett

Service so slow and horrible , food was terrible. No rolls , crackers , pasta, spinach dip, no fish at all, no fried shrimp. Bread was toasted so hard on a kids hamburger that she couldn?t bite through it. Also the A1 sauce too was so nasty a napkin was used to open bottle. Why is this location still open?

I have done numerous orders via curbside and via delivery. The past year of deliveries I have had items missing. Each time no one has helped me. This last time I was missing my child?s meal along with items of my meal. I spoke to the to-go area that evening (Thursday) and he took my name down and said he would get it fixed and call me back. I never heard back and called the next day I called again and spoke to a manager at 3:45 in the afternoon. She said they were really busy and she would take care of it and call me back. I still have not heard back from them. Do not recommend to order from them. If you have missing items you won?t see your money back for that item.

I would highly advise against spending your money at this restaurant! The food and service were both terrible. Although there were multiple servers available, the few customers didn't make it hectic, so it should have been a breeze. My order was taken incorrectly, and our appetizers arrived after our main dishes. The food itself was either bland or simply unpleasant. I can't believe they call these chicken tenders famous! This establishment really needs to be shut down immediately.

The food was great and wonderfully packaged for delivery! The guys really enjoyed the burgers and chicken tenders, while I absolutely loved the bourbon-glazed salmon—it's my favorite dish!

It's often difficult to find a simple, small lunch, but I know this restaurant offers excellent meals. A fantastic waitress accommodated my request, even though I didn't see it on the menu. We all enjoyed our meals, and the highlight was when our humorous waitress brought me a children's coloring page since I ordered from the kids' menu! It was a lovely experience in a friendly atmosphere, with great food, wonderful servers, and reasonable prices. This place is always a fantastic choice for a meal!
