O'charley's Restaurant Bar - Bartlett

Great cry for Lenard and Shelia. I wrote a bad review before. I was quickly contacted by the administration and asked if they could do this right. I believe in second chances in certain situations, so I said why not. When I told you that all these people had corrected any problem I had before. The food was fantastic. The service was excellent. The restaurant was clean and smells fresh. Everybody looked good together. If you ask if you should try this place, you should do it completely.

Hard to find a simple, small lunch, and I know this restaurant serves great meals. A fantastic waitress took my request although I had not found it. We all had a great meal... and... the last note of this meal was that great sense of humorous waitress brought me one of the children's paintings... because my little meal came from the children's menu. A nice meal in a friendly atmosphere, with great servers, great food and great prices. Always a great stop for a meal!!

Another restaurant we haven't been to since the pandemic. Menu has changed no longer serving my go to items. I ordered a chicken dish which was OK but not 5 stars Yeast rolls still great and plentiful. Service was attentive and friendly. I will go back and try something else, and maybe that will boost me to five stars.

They definitely were short on staff as we had to wait for a table despite there being many open tables. Our server did an outstanding job though as our foid was brought promptly. The tater tots were good, nice and crispy on the outside, but my burger was undercooked. I had asked for a bacon cheddar burger, but was not told until it was brought out that they were out of bacon.

Love this restaurant I have been here since 1994, and it has its rough patches over the years, but always bounces back. I order online, but love to eat it in the experience I had all these years. I recommend fried chicken salad, steak and baked potato with vegetables. Who can resist their infamous potato soup with these mouthwater rolls? The bar is a great place to sit and have a drink or two and maybe stay and watch the game. Lady Bartender is brilliant and great at her job. If you are looking for a family night, celebrate dinner, business dinners/night, or just a quick lunch it is worth every penny.
