Panera Bread - Bartlett

The bagels and coffee were good. was surprised at the high prices, but post pandemic we saw everywhere. The service was slower, but the nice lady worked on the counter itself. Nobody noticed. I hope she has some help. Food: 5/5

I've got soup for Din okay and decided I wanted to go a bowl, but I was in the register for at least ten minutes before I was recognized. I said I hadn't helped and still nobody came, so I asked if the register was closed and I finally got help. I could hear personal conversations with employees, but nobody noticed I was waiting there. I came with my wife, but I would never come here alone. The food was great. Also to be fair, it was within an hour of closure, but hey, if you are still open I expect service. Prompt Service.

Food was okay, but I was appalled to learn they had no running water and were still serving food. That tells me nobody is washing their hands, dishes can't be washed, etc. I'm sure the health department would be interested to take a look.

I just love Panera Bread, the food is always fresh and it shows in the taste. It's one of my favorite places to eat. The only downside on this restaurant is that there were no Kiosks to take your order, and only one person checking. Thankfully I got there early, but the line was out the door.
