Papa John's Pizza - Bartlett

Faulty, amateur app won't allow me to add to my cart. Called the store directly (Bartlett, TN). They wouldn't allow me to pay cash. It's time for you to shut your sorry business down, and let another company take care of your customers.

Great customer service and great pizza! They really show you that they care and want to help

Placed an order on line. After the promised time for delivery passed I called. Was put on hold. After ten minutes I hung up and called back. As soon as someone answered they put me on hold. If I had not paid with a credit card I would just move on. However I've paid for a pizza, so I want a pizza. A delivery pizza. Don't plan on ordering here anymore.

Food is a hit or miss... Used to always be good and I've always preferred them. But nowadays a lot of my pizzas will be more than well done theyll be burnt. Plus it's a hit or miss if I get enough pizza sauce or not on them.

If I could this place zero stars I wouldOrder form any other pizza place and save you 45 minutes. They said that they delivered my pizza and accused me of receiving it even though I never did , the manager was so rude and did not deal with the situation like an actual manager. I ended up ordering from marcos cheaper, better and faster
