The drive thru was very quick, good service, and my drink was amazing.
If there was a way to give ZERO stars, then I absolutely would. Came inside to place my complicated drink order. Reviewed it slowly with the cashier, at least 3-4 times. The girl who was going to make the drink even listened twice and wrote it on the cup. She still made the drink incorrectly, and had to re-make the drink. I asked if I could pay if forward with the incorrect drink to the homeless lady who was in the parking lot since she was throwing the drink away anyway. She said no because she wanted to drink it. I was in shock and kinda embarrassed by her response. She made the drink wrong, so I as the customer had to wait even longer. Then her response was totally unacceptable. Never again will I support this location.
I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. This is your typical Starbucks. It doesn't stand out from any other one, good or bad. Do they make mistakes? Sure. They are human, after all. Any mistake they've made on my order (which is rare), they have happily fixed it without any issues.The only negative things about this location is that the drive thru gets really backed up (not their fault) and the parking lot is horrible and has lots of pot holes (again, not on them).
