Feedback gevenOrdered from subway then it was delivered to me, I got the wrong order sent pictures of my order with the receipt still attached to verify. Was promised a refund and never got it and the girl that was chatting with me representing the store online kept lingering me on for days saying she was trying to get it processed then nobody wants to answer now. I'm highly disappointed don't deal with these people!
I ordered two sub sandwiches over the phone with Teresa, who was very pleasant patient. My order was correct warm when it was picked up. Exceptional service is something many restaurants strive for, it's always nice when that type service is experienced. Thanks again Teresa!
My Philly sandwiches were pretty much just bread. Hardly any meat on them. I did curbside for part of my other so I didn't know I didn't have my Chipotle sauce until I got home. I most likely won't return to this one.
When the power was out this summer, (2023) they were 1 of the only ones who showed up to help us eat a warm meal.A+ my friends... ??? Thanks Again!
Food is good but in order to get a decent sandwich, you have to add and pay for extra meat unless you like eating more veggies on your bread. I've seen the extra meat that I order falling off of the sandwich and being scraped into the bin for the trash instead of putting it back on the sandwich. If the counter has already been wiped clean, why not put the meat that fell off back on. I paid extra money for it. Other than that, the employees are always friendly. Hope that helped and I do plan on returning ?
