Another great discovery. It was not very clear where it could be covered in basauri, because we always ended up going to bilbao. well located, in the ariz area, on a pedestrian street, the Malmasin restaurant meets the expectations most. it has very varied entrances, beautiful and very rich cazuelitas. perhaps little variety of fish, although it does not imply any limitation. we ate cooked prawns (in the style of the south) together with rice clay with piquillos. also dropped a large portion of oxides in its ink and a snail in sauce: the best I've eaten in years. simple and rich desserts. the deal, close and personal, even if it were our first visit. We hope to return soon.
