Brasserie Küchlin - Basel

I went there because of a recommendation for Beefsteak Tartar. It was indeed excellent. They bring the raw meet and aside the sauces you might want to mix with the meet. So you get to do your own flavour and decide how spicy you want it. Service good and timely, fancy dishes for I will get back there to eat them.

We had dinner here our first night in Basel. The staff was very friendly. Menu was interesting (a lots of game dishes) but everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Mussels were excellent.

First, a head up: it is not a cheaper place to look for food, as it is located in the city center. but it is worth coming in any case and enjoying them once in a past, eating and customer service is always at the point. it has been on this site for about 10 times and has never even disappointed. even if they don't feel dinning in, they can always just order a nice beer and relax there! edit: 11 times, had their seasonal salmon

Very friendly staff! we loved being there. the muscles were perfect. half the muscles is far enough for a woman, even if she is hungry

Beautiful art deco restaurant with good food! beautiful mood at night.
