Feedback gevenI came here with some very foodie friends. The waiter we had was wonderful, he was very helpful and knowledgable of the menu. We started off with the Brüggli Char which was exceptional. The fish was perfectly cooked and the sauce complimented it well. We then had the salmon ravioli which were very unbalanced and didn’t taste great. They were not ravioli but dumplings using what we think was rice paper wrappers. They were rubbery and had a very earthy flavour which wasn’t pleasant. The waiter very happily exchanged the dishes for us. My friend had the beef tacos which she said were very good (as an American who knows Mexican food I think that’s a huge compliment). The reason I only gave this place an average rating is that the food was just okay. There are in my opinion other restaurants in town that do better food for a similar price.
One of the best food experiences I’ve had in Basel. Clearly Exceeded my expectations and highly recommend to go with the wine suggestions of the owner. He knows how to pair the outstanding food with excellent wines. A wonderful experience for foodies and wine lovers.
Das Essen war sensationell, frisch und vor allem lecker. Der Service sehr freundlich und der Küchenchef der Kocht erstklassig!!! Jeder wo in Basel ist muss vorbeikommen. Wir werden sicher wieder in der nächste Zeit kommen. Bravo weiter so!!!

Grosses Kompliment an Salvi und Andrej.Es war wie jedesmal etwas Besonderes die verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen zu erkunden. Bekanntes Gemüse wie Brokkoli als köstliche Créme zu Leimentaler Kalbsfilet und schwarzer Knoblauch angerichtet. Schmeckte einfach wunderbar. MmmmmmmDas Ambiente ist so gemütlich dass wir als die ersten Gäste kamen und als die Letzten so kurz vor Mitternacht gingen. Danke und bis zum nächsten mal. Lg Denise
