Feedback gevenI visited yesterday for lunch. i attempted to use the wc facilities and was disgusted beyond words. in the male wc's one cubicle had human excrement piled above the water line covered in flies and the stench was vile !! the toilet seat was filthy so were the floors. the other cubicle wc was also filthy and the seat had excrement around it. I tried the disabled wc in hope that this would be better and this was in a similar state. I complained to the manager and was so disgusted that i could not eat from such an un hygienic establishment. This was not recent dirt and was the worst toilet facility i have ever seen in the uk. I shall be reporting this store to environmental health and food hygiene standards. This is a disgrace and i will be making my views very public. M. Charles
Waited 20 mins in the drive thru with only 3 cars in front. Although the server did apologise for the wait, the staff were making no effort to get everybody served in a timely fashion. They were idle and indifferent to the customers waiting. They didn't look understaffed, they just looked like the staff couldn't be bothered. And I usually love Burger King, I prefer the food to other competitors, but the food from here wasn't worth the wait like I'd hoped it'd be. It was really disappointing to be honest. I'll think twice before heading back there again. It's a shame, because it looks like it's had money thrown at it my corporate, but it also looks like there's no management there, and no competant staff in there. The litter across the car park was disgusting, and looked like it'd been there for a long time, so nobody is picking up the litter outside either. It really looked like this franchise had been left to go under, and unless corporate throw somebody in there to turn it around, that's probably what will happen unfortunately. Shame, because it used to be so much better than that, just needs a good kick up the backside to restore it to its previous standards.
Called here for a snack. Long queues and staff overrun with work. Got food after 20 mins wait. Over priced for what it was.
Waited for ten minutes to be served before giving up and walking out. 2 people in front of me only and when the 2nd was served the only serving staff member turned away from me and left the counter without even an acknowledgement. Caught my eye twice whilst preparing food orders with the other three members of staff but still couldn't even apologise for the delay. When they all started arguing loudly with each other over a drive through order enough was enough and we left. Had the burger King app voucher counting down from 15 minutes so no exaggeration of timescales. This is literally the third time we have tried to give them the benefit of doubt waiting several the before trying them again hoping service and food would be better. We have had cold burgers half cooked chips on previous 2 occasions. They do not deserve the franchise and whoever the managers are need replacing with competent staff. A disgrace.
Ordered food here via Uber eats (you cannot review a merchant on the app?? . Took over an hour to prepare, the whole order was two burgers and a side. As a person who works fast food themselves, this takes the ****.
