Mcdonald's Restaurants - Basildon

The staff don't seem to know what they're doing during busy periods. Every single Friday, they're short staffed, running around trying to make the food! I recently waited 20 minutes for a meal, then had to wait another ten minutes for my drinks! Terrible service! They also can't handle deliveries. Management needs to sort themselves out and actually organise properly!

Half the menu is never available. Anytime there is a new special or promotion, it's out of stock, card machines work if you're lucky, and wait times are x2 the average McDonald's

Awful service waiting nearly an hour for basic nuggets and chips.....so much for fast food. Wish I'd gone else were for lunch

Missing hash browns for delivery ..is it really that hard?! Only ordered three items. Delivery bag was sealed so wasn't the driver

Chip was not even hot and hard got 2 plain burger and they was not even lukewarm and got crisp burger and was not even lukewarm did ask one of the staff to make sure that the food would be hot but wasn’t hot at all and my friend got two chicken and bacon wrap and that wasn’t lukewarm either very disappointed with McDonald
