Feedback gevenI was not allowed a straw for my refill and was informed that straws were only for milkshakes. Additionally, I was told that I could not have extra sugar or lemon on my pancake. My pancake arrived with my ice cream on top, when I wanted it served in a separate dish on the side. The lady wearing a white shirt was unfriendly and made my dining experience unwelcoming.
I came to Sprinkles 29th Sept at 7.30pm and was so disappointed with the experience. A large kids birthday party a few metres away made so much noise it was unbearable. Sounded like a zoo I couldn’t wait to eat my food and leave. They then started running around and climbing on the seats next to us, we then had a waffle thrown on our seat. This isn’t acceptable and kids parties shouldn’t ruin other people’s experiences. A party room would be a good idea. Have emailed twice and still no response!
The service was slow, and the waffles arrived cold, causing the ice cream to not melt. This was a bit disappointing.
The food was delicious and the service was prompt. The staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, the restaurant no longer accepts cash and all orders must be placed using a QR code from your table. This may make it difficult for elderly individuals or those who are not comfortable using technology or cards to dine here.
Ordered a tea and a black coffee. Only 5 tables with customers. 29 minutes later the tea and coffee came. No apology or even an update on what's happening or why its taking so long....not impressed £3 for hot water and a tea bag. Terrible service
