Feedback gevenI had a terrible experience with this restaurant. After waiting for hours for a delivery, the pizza arrived with the garlic sauce spilled all over it. When I called to complain, I was given a dismissive response. I was promised a refund, but it has not been received even a week later. When I followed up, I was given false information. Additionally, my negative review on Facebook was deleted and I was blocked. It seems they do not handle complaints well, especially when it comes to their food and staff.
We had one incorrect delivery and the rest of the order was received the following day, resulting in only half of the family being able to eat the night we ordered. We decided to give it another try, but only half of the order was delivered again. We were told that the rest of the order would be sent, but it never arrived. After making a complaint, we were given a credit note, but when we tried to place a direct order over the phone, it never arrived. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Phone calls were directed to Southend, where they seemed unaware of what was happening in Basildon and were also rude and unhelpful.
The dining experience was awful. I can't believe a restaurant like that is still allowed to operate with such poor food hygiene standards. I wouldn't recommend anyone eating there even once, as they will likely have to deal with spam calls forever.
For dishes that were stone cold and that were floating in oil. I have a very rare take away since it is something I cannot justify - I am so disappointed by the food and would recommend do not order from here
Not order from here. uncooked pizza. I'm not sure how they did this, but yes. kebab tasted like poorpits. was bad.
